Joseph Radic

Joseph Radic founded Safir Partners LLC after more than 30 years in the U.S. capital markets.

He spent 14 years at AllianceBernstein, one of the largest institutional asset managers in the world, where he served as a Director, and later as a Vice President at NDB Capital Markets. Most recently he was Managing Director at Freedom Capital Markets. Those years shaped how he works today: an institutional view of how capital actually moves, and relationships built over decades with money managers, hedge funds, family offices, endowments and sovereign wealth funds.

Across his career he has worked in institutional equities and capital markets and advised public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, ownership transitions and strategic alternatives. He has sat on both sides of the table, covering the institutions that buy and advising the companies that need them.
